ESA Prima Win is starting in demo version after the installation of SCIA Engineer

If ESA Prima Win is starting up in demo version after the installation of SCIA Engineer and your are using a standalone dongle, this issue is probably caused by the latest installation of the Sentinel Driver, which is not recognized correctly in Esa Prima Win.

Follow the next steps to solve this problem:

• Go to Add/Remove programs of Windows and uninstall the Sentinel Protection Installer
• Download the Sentinel Protection Installer: sentinel_protection_installer_7.6.4.exe
• Start to installation and choose for a Custom installation
• During this installation choose to install the Sentinel System Drivers, but not the 'Sentinel Protection Server' and 'Sentinel Keys Server':

After this installation, ESA Prima Win will work fine again (and will not start up anymore in demo version).
