No cloud license has been found

An automatic mail is sent to your inbox for the activation of your account on the SCIA Cloud License Portal.

In this mail a link is sent to finish your registration. By clicking on the link, you will open following page.

On this page your password is set. The User name is your email address.

If you have no mail in your inbox one of the following issues occured:

• You are not the administrator of your license. Please contact the administrator to add you as a user to receive the mail.
• The mail is in your spam folder.
• If you are the administrator of your license and you didn't receive this mail, click here to contact SCIA support.

 

Go to https://protection.scia.net and fill in your credentials (email address and password).

Can you login to the website?

• Yes, click here to continu
• No, a message Invalid email address or password is shown: click on Forgot password?.
  • A mail will be sent to reset your password. Check your spam folder as well.
  • If you didn't receive this mail, click here to contact SCIA support
