Are you connected to a console session?

You should check if you are connected to the console of the server (console session).

You can check this by typing tasklist in the commandprompt. This will give you a list of all your applications.

The application Activationutility.exe should be opened in console:

• Yes: click here to continu
• No: you can solve this by
  • physically login on the server console
  • start a remote admin session, by using the command mstsc.exe /admin
